Incorrectly debited

Twice now I've missed my debits. But baid them in via EFT only to have the money deducted again from my account do they even have a finance department? And do they even work? I also took a gym membership out for myself and a minor and they have made the minor the account holder. I would like this issue resolved they are quick to charge you a fee when missing a debit order I would also like to charge them a 10% fee for incorrectly debiting my card
