I would never in a million years recommend anyone to join this gym unless they have a lawyer that will help them get out of the contract at the end of the term. I had a contract with zone fitness which ended in November 2019. I requested to cancel on 2nd of December 2019 which is supposed to take 20 business days. 1st my request to cancel was not filed, 2nd no 1 seemed to know what was going on with my contract, 3rd the employees themselves keep giving me different information every time I enquired now im expected to pay 2 extra months because of their incompetence. The manager that was helping me with the request provides no information and isn't very helpful.
