I have requested for my account to be closed as i took my contract out round about June 2014 .. i fell pregnant in September.<br> Therefore i did not use the gym and spoke to a consultant in November 2014 to please work out what will be the penalty i will have to pay .I was aware that it was 60% .<br> He told me to send an email and that is what i did.When i went to the gym in Dec. to go sort out the account they were closed.Therefore i had spoken to MR.X beginning of Jan and i requested for him to email me banking details and what amount i should pay but nothing was received.<br> Middle of Jan 2015 i emailed Mr.X to please debit the 60% off my account as i was moving out of Lenasia and wouldn't manage to go into the Gym to sort out.<br> I had phoned the branch this morning NOV.2015 as i was going through my bank statement and noticed that i was still being charged and the 60% what was suppose to be deducted beginning of the year when i had requested was not done. Apparently Mr. X is no longer at the Lenasia branch. (this was not my problem)<br> OUT OF CHARACTERS TO ADD TO THIS PATHETIC SERVICE ! I WILL PUT A STOP TO MY DEBIT ORDER.CAPE TOWNS HEAD OFFICE HAS *********** STAFF AS WELL !
