Incompetence and lack of communication

We decided to sign up our son, and payment started to go off in October, now this month the debit order did not go off and when we queried this, was informed oh you owe us R 139 for admin fess, that is why you monthly debit order did not go off. Now if we did not phone and queries the debit order we would not have known about this and now the account/gym membership is blocked. and we have to make calls and speak to account etc and Zone Fitmess is just not our problem, Why charge a admin fee 2/3 months later, and what is this admin Fee... seriously with the lack of service they make their problems the consumers **** Service and most *********** staff..
