Incompetence

The incompetence of the finance dept at the lenasia branch is beyond me. I am receiving calls from lawyers for an amount I supposedly owe. Which I settled years ago. Even after correspondence and proof of payment that i repeatedly sent to the branch finance manager Noshen I am still getting harassed. Really ridiculous.
