IMO DO NOT GYM HERE!

I have obviously not been able to gym since for 6months due to covid. During the hard lockdown i had 3 months of NO INCOME and am now trying to survive as self employed with a very limited capacity to earn income due to new regulations and catching up with debt from lockdown. When i requested my contract be canceled they said i have to pay over 2k for 30 months outstanding and an extra 10% fee or something. They haven't provided a service to me for over 6 months, you cannot exercise wearing a mask and gyms were named extremely high risk for the virus so unless they can guarantee my safety, which they cant, even if i could afford this expense, im not going to take the risk. I WILL NEVER SIGN UP WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL WARN EVERYONE THAT I KNOW OF THIS **************** AND LACK OF COMPASSION. Aside from that the service at the Kloof Street branch which i go to was horrific anyway and there were regularly issues with my access card which was dealt with extremely rudely then too. Incredibly annoyed and disappointed.
