Immediate Termination from Zone Fitness Bruma

<p>I am absolutely disgusted in the service at Zone Fitness Bruma, JHB. The consultants are more interested in socializing than helping members. My fiance and I experience very bad service on a daily basis, including bad looks and for reason. We set foot in that gym, do our wokrout, and leave. and this is what we get. I want our contracts terminated with immediate effect and we refuse to pay the remainder of the contract. There is no ventilation in the gym, the showers are in poor condition in the men's bathroom and there are members who use 10 different machines at once. is this worth R185.00? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I might as well not pay at all. It has been almost 2 years and we can no longer take this anymore. I am in this industry as well, and I will never ever allow a member to experience what I am experiencing. It does not mean because the fees are low the service should be poor and there should be *********** workers. </p> <p>My fiance and I are fitness finatics, and people around have witnessed such. However a week or two ago, a SALES consultant NOT a personal trainer, NOT a fitness instructor NOT a health advisor, had thee audacity to comment on my physique - basically telling me I am fat, and still comparing me to him. It was seen as a joke to him, but he put a damper on my workout and I have lost even more interest. If you are not in that field of fitness, what are you doing on the floor, when you should be increasing sales? Many may see this as being a female, where it is not the case. I brushed it off, I cannot emphasize enough, the unprofessionalism of this. This needs to be dealt with immediately! We are extremely unhappy. This gym has so much potential and this is the kind of service we are getting.</p>
