Illiterate people working there

I have posted TWICE on their facebook wall NOT to debit my account but seems they a bunch of illiterate idiots!!! They have now tried for the 3rd God damn time to debit my account this morning!!! Now I'm owing the bank for 3 unpaid debit orders!!!! I told the idiots that there is NO money in the account and was having problems with my other card but they don't give a damn they just for money!!! The stupid Elizabeth sent me an sms with her email address on which I mailed her this morning but she NEVER responded!!! Later I got an sms with simone's email address on!!! They NOT listening and people like this will make that I close my damn bank account and they WON'T see a cent ever!!!! I told them I'd pay the money as soon as I get in cash by the gym but they just keep rushing a person!!! All they do is give pathetic service!!! NO customer service at this place at all, I'm actually regretting joining with them!!! Won't advise anyone again! Tanya ***
