******* debit orders

I skipped my gym payment for December and planned to make amends for it in January. Unbeknown to me Zone Fitness (Life Centre) now goes into my account and debits R215 instead of the R185 that is owing to them, I then called in a spoke to Hilda in accounts who then told me that they charge an additional R30 for debit orders that don't go through. I don't even care how little the amount is, but it is ********* to just help yourselves to people's money especially if this is not authorized, was never mentioned when the payment arrangement was made and more importantly it is not stated anywhere on the contract! It is ******* and unauthorised! They claim that it is stated on the board in the gym! The board is not a legal document neither is it binding. I loathe ********* business conduct, it drives me up the wall!!!!! <br> <br>
