******* contract

Hi after being assured that my 14 year old son was illegible to join Zone Fitness after being assessed by a fitness instructor , I found out that his id number was changed to make him older by Zone fitness consultant. This however happened without my consent and after a year I found out of this ********* business practices from a so called reputable company. I was contacted and told I'm still legally bound to this farce of a contract yet the id number used for my son doesn't even exist , so ami correct in saying how can I be legally bound to this contract if the person I'm paying for (my son) technically isn't my son because of the **** id number used by Zone fitness Promenade. I am DISGUSTED about this whole situation because I'm still paying gym fees for an *******ly obtained contract. Who can I contact about this matter as the Gym just laugh about this serious matter
