Good Day ,

Kindly note that this email relating to a sign up that was done on Oct 29 2019 ,

At the given moment I signed up I was promised a package and a few days later I was called and advised that I have not completed all the paperwork and therefore I will not be able to use the membership CARD as intended .

1-I will be taking this matter further if you guys don't sort out this mess ,I have received sms and calls advising me that I have been handed over after I haven't even used the Card which I paid cash for and Neither the services as thus the contract was never completely signed .

2-I don't appreciate how I have been handled the past few months regarding an account that is inactive according to me and never used and not even registered .No Formal paperwork and contract has been signed as to a package .
