Ilegal Debits

Zone Fitness has been closed since 26/03/2020 but they've deducted money frombtgeir members in April 2020 and 50% of the fees in June 2020 but their doors remain closed.

On their website it says "To all our members, your membership will remain frozen and no debit order will be deducted for as long as we have to remain closed."

I have left a message on their website on 2/07/2020 to query this but I haven't received any response which is pathetic service.
