I wish I never left Virgin Active for this UNPROFESSIONAL gym!

Leaving Virgin Active for Zone fitness was thee worst mistake ever!!! They are rude, UNPROFESSIONAL, ********* and down right pathetic. Their accounts department is always unavailable and unresponsive. Their sales or customer/front desk assistance is everything BUT... I wish I'd never signed up with them, and I'm basically forced to stay with them, never mind never receiving my hard copy of the contract. Gym is supposed make you feel comfortable and excited. That's not my experience with this place AT ALL!! For almost 2 years now...
