I was ****** by Zonefitness gym

I decided to cancel my gym contract and i was told to pay 60 percent of remaining term, the agent from gym company told me over telephone to pay 330 rand of which I had no problem with paying and she also advised me that I should come on 2nd of October with my bank statement to claim the last installment that they deducted prior the cancellation of my contract of which I never even claim... the gym company continued to deduct the installment with interest on the 20 of October without my consent, even after I cancel the contract ???
