I want OUT !!

I am 4 months into a 24 month contract and I find myself not wanting to be a member at zone fitness any longer and I chose to cancel my contract. I was told 60% of the remaining term needs to be paid which amount to R2079<br> <br> My reasons are clear as the equipment continuously break. the change room has very poor ventilation, dirty and unhygienic. Showers that do not have hot water due to ''maintenance'' as they keep telling us. <br> <br> You will find close 30+ men in a change room that is smaller than an average class room . This is disastrous. I have to wait in line for a shower or even to use a machine. <br> <br> I'm concerned that I may get some sort of infection, skin or even lungs. I will not continue to be part of this gym and pay to be part of an environment that I find myself at risk. Yes they have a contract with me and laid down there policies and rules, but as a consumer and having the NCC in place , I demand to be heard , my rights acknowledged and this contract to be cancelled without any further fee or charges . <br> <br> This place is a poor excuse for a Gym and I would not advise anyone to sign up with them . <br> or email [Email Removed]<br> <br> I WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT NOW !!!
