I need Head of Zone Fitness directly

I signed a 1 year contract with Zone Fitness in October 2016 at Cape Gate Mall in Cape Town. So I was gyming in Brackenfell for that year until my life became a nightmare.

End of August 2017 I gave my noticed of cancellation since September will be my last month and no debit order will go through, but October, November and December they debited.In January 2018 I blocked my account so that they cant debit again.

As from 2018 I've been receiving calls from different call centres for the outstanding balance that I need to pay. I've been asking every consultant to give manager cause they kept on calling everyday. Last year I spoke to a person saying she's a manager and I've explained myself and she promised to get back to me till today.

Last week again I received a call then I asked them to request my contract and statement from Zone Fitness then we take it from there. I haven't heard anything since last week now.
