Horrible Service and Nightmare Cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my gym membership but it has been a nightmare and frustrating, I contacted Milnerton Cape Town branch and explained that i would like to cancel as i have recently relocated to KZN had to reply to their email for almost 3weeks without any clear clarity . Can someone be so kindly to assist with cancellation
