Horrible Service and *********** Staff

<p>At the Gardens branch, the staff were not helpful with explaining how to use the equipment. They are generally unfriendly and unprofessional.</p> <p>Worst of all, when I tried to cancel my contract, the staff left out crucuial information where I COULD HAVE SAVED MONEY. They promised that the debit order would stop after 01/01/17 and I was still debited. I went in to the branch again and had to endure the smell of alcohol on the staff member that helped me, and I still have no clear reason why I had to pay for another month when I cancelled my contract a month prior. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely Pathetic and Outrageous. </p>
