Heartless, cold, pathetic service !!

I signed a contract with Zone fitness Campus square in the beginning of the year . Shortly after that I was retrenched due to covid. I immediately notified them and sent through all relevant docs including my retrenchment letter. They continued debiting my account even after my request to freeze the debit order. I cannot afford to pay this hence my request to cancel . Their account department sends me a cancellation statement whereby I have to pay over R6000 to cancel and also says that there is nothing they can do for me even with me sending proof of my retrenchment. How helpful is that . They still demanding that I pay the settlement or legal action will be taken .

This was the biggest mistake I ever made really.
