Harassment

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed up with zone fitness I think it's been over 4 or 5 years ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>At point of sale, the Sale agent Name Ashley working at the Zone fitness in Cape town told me, if I want to cancel all I had to do is call them and we can cancel, which I did a week after signing up (This was in 2012). As I had health issues that arouse and could not use the Gym. (I had a witness with me at the time)</p> <p> </p> <p>I last had contact with zone fittness in 2012, I had cancelled my subscribtion. I was then harassed for the whole year of 2012 for a service I never used, NOT ONCE nor had as it was CANCELLED. Up until today I dont know how their Gym looks inside. I told them I cancel and that I will be laying a complaint if they continue to harass me for a service i no longer had and it stopped, no phone calls, no emails, no letters. The harassment just stopped.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please bare in mind, I have never changed my number, email address and have been living at the same address for almost close to a decade. I got no communication and I took it that all is well, as i had cancelled this subscription.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now almost 5 years later I'm getting call from collection agency? Now im confused, as again almost 5 years of no communication and now you want to call me up? for what? for a closed account.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an ******* practice is it not? according to the terms of the Prescription Act No. 68 of 1969</p> <p> </p> <p>With or without the Act, You collecting on an account thats's closed?</p> <p>What you doing is Ilegal.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not have a Zone Fittness account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that this is read by someone high with in your mess up orginisation, and please not that this is the final attempt i will be making to get you off my back.
