Handed over without notice

<p>I joined zone fitness last year 2016 for a contract that ended in February, i was told that if my contract ends i will have to go to the gym and renew which i did nt do which automatically cancels it. A month later i get a cal from sipho saying i have outstanding accounts i told him my contract ended and he needs to speak to AB the consultant who assisted me. Now i get a call from laywers about a hand over that i did not know about and arrears i have no idea of. I told them that if the gym phoned me the first month payment didnt go thru this would have been fixed but now they want R1,900 from me. this is ridiculous and they need to fix it</p>
