Gym cancellation

Zone fitness cape quarter is honestly giving me the worst experience with regards to cancelling a contract ever. I have a contract with two people under my name. I can't upgrade the account to allow me to gym at other zone fitness venues because it would basically be starting a brand new contract for 24 months which I think is ridiculous seeing that I'm trying to pay more for their services. My contract has currently expired and it's taking me forever to cancel this contract because apparently there's only one person I can speak to in order to cancel this contract and this person never seems to be at the gym . They gave me an email address in order to cancel my contract, I sent an email through and I received no feedback for 2 weeks . The way it's going it seems like I will probably have to pay another debit order as it's nearing the end of the month and it's virtually impossible to get this contract cancelled and the people at reception seem like lost souls when I ask how I can get this done. Terrible experience for this particular gym .
