Gym cancelation post 2

Good day, as per my complaint earlier this week. I had an complaint regarding my gym cancelation due to hip surgery and being promised cancelation when O have proof of a doctors letter. I got an response that the gym will only freeze my contract for 6 months. My response was that it is fine untill i get a call from the operations manager, i havent got a call yet. <br> <br> After i agreed with the freezing of the contract untill response lastweek, my gym contract wasnt frozen and the debit order went of again this month. <br> <br> Can I please get an response from someone that can assist me in my request and promises that were made and again was not kept.
