Dear Halo Peter<br> <br> i joined zone fitness gym in 2013, i have never ever went , but i have been paying every single month , i skipped 2 month and they took legal action , all i want to know is how can you pay for gym if you have never even swiped your card at their facilitie and now they are sending me messages to notify me of my outstanding balance of R7600.38.... i just feel very disturbed about how the above mentioned gym can charge people that dont attend gym at all. This is just a money making scheme and that is how they get money out of people<br> <br>

Firstly I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had in dealing with our clubs.
As per our phone conversation, I explained that as with a cellphone contract, irrespective of weather you use your phone for that month, you still pay your Cellphone Service Provider, it is the same with the membership agreement that you signed with us.
As mentioned I will be logging your query to our National Debtor Manager who should be in contact with you as soon as possible to assist.
