This is my official note to you *****s who get idiots to call who don't understand english!!! Cancel my membership as I now have changed my mind to actually support a bunch of idiots who only show interest in the muscle air heads that use their facility and not all their customers and where showers on a regular basis never has hot water! A place who doesn't really cater and show interest in all their customers as there is never a trainer for the the others but for their buddy muscle air heads! My husband left his job two days ago and I don't work at all and I was going to pay it when I got the money but thanks to the idiot who just called me now has made me rethink to use your facility again and to advise people from now on not to sign up because they just for the money and couldn't give a **** about customers! Good luck to you!! So this is my official letter of cancelation to you people!!!
Firstly I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experiences you have had in dealing with our clubs, and would like to thank you for bring this matter to our attention, and allowing us the opportunity to investigate.
I have logged the complaint to the Operations Manager of the club, who will look into the situation and also action the cancellation of your membership as requested, someone from the club should be in contact with you as soon as possible.
