Get my son out!

Hi,<br> My son joined Zone Fitness late last year. He signed up saying that he's MOM would pay his monthly fees. He is a 2nd year student and unemployed. Not sure how Zone fitness could sign him up under these circumstances? He went to gym for a period of 1 month and never again, did not like the set up of how things were run and also knowing he will not be able to keep up with his monthly fees with his monthly allowance. He then went in to cancel his contract and were told he needs to pay a 60% cancelation fee from the outstanding fee monies owed to Zone Fitness. He was shocked to hear this off course. This is now on me the MOM to pay this outstanding monies of over R1500 which I cannot afford to pay. I don't understand how Zone Fitness could have signed him up knowing he is a student and unemployed. No one ever contacted me to confirm if I will be liable to pay these monthly fees. This is all misleading and was done unprofesionally. <br> Please get my son out of this contract!<br> Thank you
