Frustrated!!!

Im so disgusted with Zone fitness in Capricorn and the way they addressed my husband's concerns.His vehicle was broken into on the 14th October just before 9.As he was about to leave after a gyming session he noticed the driver's side door lock was damaged and things were ****** out of the vehicle,looked all over for security who were nowhere to be found,the gym's staff wasnt really interested said "he" should go and look for them!! They never even made contact,we called another branch they didnt even know their regional manager very clueless and not helpful.We battled for days to get a contact number for head office,obviously without any luck.When joining he was told that it was the gym's parking,but now the gym is claiming its the centre's parking.The gym just brushed off the incident saying there was no camera where he had parked,not even checking with centre management if they could check the other cameras surely the ******* had to use an exit to come down from upstairs,again no interest was shown.To this day no one has even sent out an apology!! Ivan at zone fitness Muizenberg you are what a regional manager should be,your customer service was impeccable hats off to you.As for now this gym makes me sick!!
