********** Unauthorised Debits

In February I came across the Zone Fitness staff in Guguletu Mall , Cape Town . The guy that approached was Simamkele and he persuaded me into taking a membership which I ended up agreeing to . On completion of the forms he told me I had missing documents which I didn’t have with me at the time , he told me to please take them to the Watergate branch as soon as I could and this was Friday . Monday his supervisor called me and I told him I did g have time yet to bring them as I work and they told me they couldbt start my membership till I bring the documents and I should hurry as promotion was ending , I told them I’m not bothered about the promotion they should put my forms aside and I will bring my documents wherever I could. To my surprise when I checked my bank statement Zone fitness has been debiting my account since March without my consent now as the agreement was “they can’t start my membership till I bring the missing documents “ . Now in May they have been trying to debit my account since the 3rd and I’m currently overdrawn by R231 which I want back and they shouldn’t even be taking , I want nothing to do with them and I want my money back because according to me this is **********!!!
