. When my 24-month contract ended on 31/03/2022. I contacted the gym and asked to cancel my membership as I did not want to be charged on a month-to-month basis. I was no longer in Hatfield and saw no use to continue with the membership. However, I was told that I still have 7 more months left on the membership therefore I would be charged a cancelation fee of 10% for 7 months remaining. I failed to understand where the additional 7 months came from, why is there no mention of these months anywhere in the contract? I ask the Debt Collector Salmina Sekanka to explain this to me and all I’ve received are vague responses. They refused to cancel my membership. I have pointed out to them that according to the contract that I signed with them my 24-month period has ended. However, I am still being harassed to this day with messages demanding payments.
