********** at Zone Fitness -Wynberg

I have been overcharged for 2 other people within the past 2 months. I am still waiting for my refund. No communication has been made although I have complaint to managers. There is a ********** activity taking place as 2 other customers I do not know have been added to my account. I have asked to cancel with no cancellation fee and or be compensated, but to no avail. I will take this on hellopeter as well.
