********** ACTIVITY BY ZONE FITNESS

I am deeply angered by the service (or lack thereof) given by Zone Fitness.

In or around July 2018, I received a call from a Joseph Ratome/ Matome who advised that the Zone Fitness at the Life centre in central Johannesburg was being closed dow.

In light of this closure, i was given an option to cancel my contract without any cancellation fees being incurred from my part.

I am not left in the gutters by Zone Fitness in that I have been handed over to SHR Attorneys.

This is appalling to say the least. What grates my tots the most is that I am lay person who (to my understanding) has no recourse from such ********** acts.

I am not going to be listed on the ITC, listing of which has an adverse effect on my rating I have worked hard to maintain.

Now, there is an extremely high possibility that my complaint will fall on deaf ears but should it not, is there any decent individual who may guide me further as to what remedy I may have against Zone Fitness.

I cannot take this lying down.
