*****ing people

Can anyone share with me how do you make a company (Zone Fitness) account for ********** practices. I really think coming on hello Peter isn't enough because no action is taken regarding companies like zone fitness because they seem to just stop. I have cancelled my membership a month in advance and even communicated with them through emails but they continued to debit my account. They are getting away with *****ing people because no one takes action against them. I am sure I am not the only one.
