*****!!!

a year ago i signed my son up at Zone Fitness Promenade for a 2 year contract, upon him signing up i told the consultant Earle my son was 14 . i was told to bring him in to the gym for an assesment which i did,the consultant Lionel handled the paperwork and was told to have my son checked by the trainers manager at the gym. he then gave the go ahead and the paperwork was filled in where i gave the correct date of birth but i recently found out that his id number was changed to make him a year older without my consent and that constitutes *****! I was then sent an email whereby i was told that disciplinary action was to be taken against Lionel but my son contract is to resume as per normal as he is the legal age now 15 years old . I am appalled at this as clearly the contract has no LEGAL GROUNDS as it was signed up under ********** ID number.<br> The fact that Zone Fitness were cheaper with there premuims per month attracted me to them but with that comes unproffessional staff who has no clue of what customer service means!
