Forced contract

I went to see a consultant last year September and requested to try out their facility, I then payed a R 100.00 for the TRAIL PERIOD of which I understood as a trail' I was then never again to their facility I was contacted in February by one of the clerks at bellville branch of which I had stated then that I did not go ahead with utilizing their facility and therefor I dont have a contract with Zone-fitness, neither did I take up use of the trail period, a month and a half later some else phoned and detailed the same in my conversation with the clerk I had then detailed that he should escalate the matter to head office as I am not pleased with the fact i am now being asked to pay for a facility I did not use especially the fact is that it was a trail period and that is what attracted me to take out the option, now September 2016 I receive a telephone call from credit worx stating that the account has been handed over to them and this has a negative impact on my name in reference to ITC and credit beaura, I dont believe that they are being ethical and that their aim is to get people indebted is this from a from an angle that they are dealing with South African public that is not well versed in contracts or has it become custom that business in South Africa have it easy on how they treat the public and do as they please taking peoples livelihood for-granted, I believe this is not the correct way of how an entity that has privileges conducted its self.
