This business’ financial department is pathetic!! Struggling for 6 Months already to change banking details and after it has been confirmed that it was changed and the arrears been settled by me personally the debit order tried to go off from my unused account 5 times!!! Every time this goes off it cost me R60 so after 3 weeks of emails to zone fitness’ financial dept the problem could still not be solved and I was forced to close the account having to settle R300 of arrears just due to bank costs caused by zone fitness... this company is ridiculous and I am not the only one experiencing this
