Fees collected without being able to use facilities

So my partner contact ended in June , zone fitness was still debiting he's account still in lockdown (even though he no one was allowed to use the facilities) we are now in September and they have yet again debited he's account. Can someone pls explain to me what the hell is up with that as they do not have a headoffice that one can log these kind of queries with , this is utterly disgusting.
