Feedback promised - Bunch of *****!

Manager calls me regarding my complaint and promises to speak to the regional manager and call me back within the next 2 days.<br> I asked him to send me an email confirming this, he did not do that either.<br> It has been a week - No feedback!<br> What kind of business are you running???<br> I want feedback on my last query!!! Stop with the damn lies!!<br> If this is the only way I will get a response from you then so be it!<br> I will let the world know what a useless bunch of ***** and ******* you are!<br> They reversed my very last payment of my contract and did not inform me about it for 2 years.<br> The interest on this R150.00 that they reversed now stands at R1900.00 and they expect me to pay them this amount of money for a mistake they made.<br> Now that they have been caught out, they don't get back to me while they are clearly still piling up the interest on this account!!<br> I want nothing to do with you ********ters!!<br> When I did use the gym the so called trainers couldn't even give a damn when I injured myself!!!<br> You better sort this out right now!!<br> And train your staff, don't call them professional fitness trainers when they themselves can't even help with general fitness issues!!!
