Fed up of this *****s!!

Bad services! Me and husband are members and now we want to cancel and the cancelation amount keep getting higher from 2500 to 3900 to 4200 and we're stuck because none of the staff are helping they rather tell us it's what the system shows and we refuse to pay because it's a higher amount every time and we are not in arrears as they deduct every month. And we need to cancel asap due to buying a house now we don't know what to do. I wanna know can we pay the amount said and sue afterwards just so the house business goes on??? Otherwise we'll just have to use our lawyers and sue them and hold the house business if we cannot sue afterwards.
