falsifying on contracts
Stephen zone fitness lenasia trade route mall contacted me and sent me the contract that i singed but the hand writing on the contract was not my hand writing saying that i wanted a 24 month contract and also i never got a copy of the contract until this morning ..i will be putting a stop order on my account and they can bring there lawyers .<br> <br> i might have singed but never fill out that form which the consultant did that i asked her for a month to month contract.<br> <br> she told me that i can cancel my contract at any time i please and know that i am reallocating to a new place this is an issue.<br> <br> This is not the first case that they a falsifying contracts to customers and putting them in contracts <br> <br> Please can you sort this out ASAP.<br> <br>
As agreed by you, per our telephone conversation today, the membership & member advice record was signed by you at all the numerous sections indicating the membership duration as well as terms & conditions, the membership is therefore valid, I have let the club know to contact you with the necessary details for cancellation of the membership, as per your request, someone should be in contact with you as soon as possible to assist.
