False Pretenses
Not sure how many times i must still complain? Why am i paying for someone elses mistake? Lorraine sold me the gym contract under false pretenses saying that i can cancel anytimea after 6months. That is the only reason i signed up. I'm in the SA Navy and i travel more than i'm home. Everytime i phone the branch they tell me that finances will get back to me. My last hello peter complaint got me no where. The reply was that they will be in contact shortly and i haven't heard a thing. I've been told that Lorraine doesn't work there anymore and was also banned from the mall. Why is that my problem? I have to pay because someone told me a lie to get commission? The whole navy unit is in church street and unfortunately i do not have one good review to give my colleagues about this gym.
