False information to what’s in the contract

Horrible experience with Zone fitness, the recruiters lie about material information within the contract saying contradictory information to what’s in the contract. For example I was told that I could freeze my account anytime for a period of 3 months, so I have planned to freeze it during November , December and January during the holidays as I would be going back home. Then resume during February when the semester begins, then I was told that I can only resume my freeze the following year and when I freeze it I’ll have to pay a discount fee, while I was told that I wouldn’t have to pay any amount, further more explaining my situation of being a student how can they say I can only activate the freeze option when I come back from recess. I understand that not all representatives are compelled to disclose material information, however giving false information that directly contradict what’s written in the contract is absolutely unacceptable.
