false advertising

I have signed up with ZONE FITNESS LIFE CENTRE and was promised a gym bag by a consultant named Juke when the contract was signed and concluded, I was assured that the bag was complimentary for when signing up.<br> It has been now been over a couple of months and yet I have not received what I was promised and due to this dishonesty and ill treatment I have decided to cancel my debit order for the gym and until a solution is provided to me before 30/09/2015 I will not honour the contract as I feel the company has also failed to honour its commitment and promise to me as a client.<br> <br> <br> Please note that I am more then willing to re-instate my debit order and pay whatever amount is due to the gym as long as my complaint is met with a suitable and fair resolution.<br> This will be my last communication and hope that I will be provided with some feedback as previously no other person linked to ZONE FITNESS LIFE CENTRE has been able to assist and I find that totally unacceptable.<br> I hope and believe that this is a issue that can be sorted without having to drag the matter to higher powers.<br> Hope to be hearing from you soon and please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss the matter further
