I was led to believe I could freeze my account whenever I could not pay as I am a student paying with my traveling fee change. In 2014 when I went to tell Chad I am done with school therefore I won't be able to pay since I will not be getting any traveling fee. He kept dodging seeing me, I took it to manager who only froze it for 2months which was not enough because I was on a 6months course but I managed to save 400r they took half of it. My bill piled up coming to this year. When I opened school this year I was already 3 or 4 months behind. There was no way I could pay that lump amount. I need help as they are threatening me with lawyers now I am just a student I can't afford all this. If Chad didn't assure me about freezing I obviously wouldn't have joined as I am well aware of my financial status. Please help me, please. Thank you
