Extra payments taken out

I'm extremely upset as zone fitness took an extra monthly payment since June and when I went to zone fitness they eventually cancelled it after comanding things from me first. I was then told that it will be cancelled and I will be refunded the money back however it has been however a month already but I still havent received it yet. Zone Fitness is quick to take extra money out of my account but can't pay it back when its suppose to be done.
