Excellent Service!

I would like to thank Simone Beukes of Zone Fitness in Milnerton for her friendly and prompt assistance.

My 2 year contract has reached its end and on previously contacting Zone Fitness I was told that the only way I could cancel was to come in to the gym, complete a form and then it would take a few weeks to process. Transport is a bit of an issue for me at the moment so this was not possible.

I called in again today to inquire about what options I have to cancel other than coming in. I was then transferred to Simone who was so friendly, understanding and helpful. She said she would get back to me today and just a few minutes ago I received a confirmation email from her saying the cancellation has been processed and when my last debit order will be. She did not try to force me to retain my contract as many service providers do and was very compassionate about my current circumstances.

I've worked in a customer service environment and I've also been very disappointed by customer service before. Simone was fantastic and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
