Excellent Customer Service

I wish to commend your receptionist Cindy-Lee at your Rondebosch branch for the way she handled our query on the evening of 23/4/2021 . She was courteous and friendly as she tried to assist my elderly father and myself. She was very helpfull in making us understand your cancellation process aswell as multi-tasking a very busy reception area all by herself .She stayed calm under pressure while sanitizing members , greeting as they exited and answering the phone while attending to us. She showed empathy and patience , while being screamed at by other people who came in to cancel aswell .Such professionalism is rare nowadays. She just laughed it off after the members left and said i think its fine . How can i help you ? She wasn't even upset . She was kind with a sense of humour to make anyones day , eventhough we were furious for the way she was just treated. She is an asset to your company and is part of the reason we look forward to continuing our membership.Please convey our appreciation.
