EMPTY AGREEMENT ON MIGRATION OF GYM

After a year of asking for my gym membership to be moved from Cape Quarter to the Wynberg Zone Fitness & verbally agreed on terms & an email sent with asking for my bank details & membership to be changed. After endless times asking them too, I finally got an answer from a sales manager at Wynberg gym this evening. He said he cant migrate me unless I sign another contract with Wynberg Zone Fitness, am i not a already member of ZONE FITNESS!!!!?? Now apparently Kieyaam Behardien has moved to JHB for ZF as the regional sales manager?, He was who originally signed me up at Cape Quarter & said will sort out my migration to the Wynberg gym, he was working at the Wynberg gym when i asked to be moved. Please Kieyaam, could u hold to your agreement with me & sort this matter out. I honestly would like to continue gyming at the Wynberg gym, as i have made many friends there. I have never been late for payments for the 3 years of being a ZFitness member or am i still a member?, someones getting the money. I encouraged a whole family to join with me, now i have to disappoint them when they are already disapointted with the service given there. Please turn this frown upside down & make my day!
