Durbanville Branch - Lack of client service

About 2 months ago my girlfriend requested to cancel her gym membership as it expired in December and automatically changed to month by month. Well now it's been 2 months, Mar/Apr in which her acount was still debited for the membership fee and when you call them they always say they will call back and never do. So tired of the people that work there, no sense of people skills.
