double debiting
These guys have been double debiting me for the past 6 months and I spoke to vitesh and he said he will sort it out for me and refund the money that was overcharged but he did nothing about it ! The double charges are intefering with other debit orders and I'm getting charged for unpaid items due to a double debit from zone fitness !!! Nothing is being done about this even after speaking to them several times about it ! ! !

Firstly I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had in dealing with one of our clubs,and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to investigate.
I did attempt to contact you telephonically but could unfortunately not get through to your number, and have sent email correspondence accordingly.
I have logged your complaint to the Operations Manager of the club, as well as our National Debtor Manager. Someone should be in contact as soon as possible to assist.
