DONT GO NEAR ZONE FITNESS!!! USELESS GYM, PATHETIC SERVICE

I told Zone Fitness Kraaifontein in March that i would like to stop the debt order payments and switch to manual payments as i was closing the bank account - obviously which will be paid the day my salary comes into my account. Charnell ****eman advises me that they cannot cancel a debt order on my account and that to avoid the debt order going through on my old account, I have to pay it 10 days before my pay day..... WHERE MUST SOMEONE GET THE MONEY 10 DAYS BEFORE THEY GET A SALARY!??? please tell me. Now they have racked up R850 worth of charges on a closed account simply because they refuse to co-operate and allow manual payments. It boggles my mind that Zone Fitness is the only company that I've ever dealt with that cannot understand a customer's situation or request. I've had to call them about it as they couldn't even pick up the phone to advise about the missed payment when it happened, they just continue to try to debt and don't try to contact the client about it. Pathetic service!!!

This is an every day fight with Zone Fitness. I will NEVER take another contract out with them. Totally disgusting customer service and I am done giving them 4 years worth of chances to improve on their service. its been nothing but issues. They don't even have the decency to attempt to assist people. NEVER AGAIN
